I started my weight loss journey at 19 years old weighing 274 pounds, wearing a Size 22-24. I lost 115 pounds over two years, and was wearing a size 8! I got married, let my determination fall and I slowly gained 50 pounds of that back. Then I got pregnant and added another 55 pounds onto what I had lost. I am down 35 pounds so far and 70 pounds away from my goal. Join me on this life long journey!

A picture perfect weekend...

My weekend truly was picture perfect… I was in a very good mood and
felt really good (which is a BIG bonus).

Friday I took the afternoon off and got my groceries done, then watched
some TV and had a session with Lee. Tara picked up my sweater that I
ordered online and I went to get it from her. At first I was like uhhh
this is going to be way to snug – but I tried it on and it fits great!
It is SO comfortable, I love the feel of the elastic sleeves.
 



Saturday I went to my WW meeting, which was all about positive self
talk. It was a really good meeting and one that I needed to hear. I am
always so hard on myself and have been really down, but I have been
making positive choices and this weekend I paid closer attention to the
positive things then the negative things. After the meeting I went to
Sean's parents house where we spent the day (Sean was already there). I
cleaned my car inside, took all the mats out vacuumed and scrubbed - and
it looks like new!

My sister was there having her summer tires put on so we hung out for
quite a bit. When got lunch, came back to Sean's parents and laid on
their big wooden swing for at least 2 hours in the warm warm sun. Then
when she left I laid there for another 30 minutes. Went in, did some
laundry, made BBQ dinner, then we all watched a movie (I did my nails
during it). We stayed over at their place and it was just an all around
great day. I was totally planning on writing an entry but was so in love
with just relaxing I put it off until today.

Sunday I turned off my alarm by accident and slept - when I got up it
was too late to go to church so we just laid around and watched TV and
basked in the sun. Then I went to a spray n' wash and did the outside of
my car and my rims (I also got my summer tires on). I took Levi to get
his nails cuts and then went home and worked on my taxes. I started them
at 2 and did not finish until 9. My parents came over for dinner and my
dad helped me out near the end. I wanted to go to bed early but I am
just SO happy they are all done! I am going to take them in after work
today. What a big weight off my shoulders.

Saturday –

Breakfast:
Quesedilla

Lunch:
6 in cold cut trio sub
1 subway cookie *treat*
Coke 0

Dinner:
Burger on bun
Pickles
2 bites of potato salad

Dessert:
3 tiny cupcakes that were green in honour of St. Patties day



Snack:
Popcorn
½ glass of wine (tinted green with food colouring)



*I realize I had a few treats today, but I did eat it all in
moderation*

Sunday –

Breakfast:
2 slices toast with a small amount of nutella

Lunch:
Bagel with peanut butter and jam

Dinner:
Quesedilla


Treat:
2 fat free pudding cups

Monday -

Breakfast:
Yummy chocolate shake

Lunch:
Quesedilla

Snack:
Apple
Triscit thins and cream cheese

Dinner:
Pancakes
