I started my weight loss journey at 19 years old weighing 274 pounds, wearing a Size 22-24. I lost 115 pounds over two years, and was wearing a size 8! I got married, let my determination fall and I slowly gained 50 pounds of that back. Then I got pregnant and added another 55 pounds onto what I had lost. I am down 35 pounds so far and 70 pounds away from my goal. Join me on this life long journey!

A quick note...

This week at work there were not many people there since it's March Break. I got SO much done this week. I finished a big project in the back room involving files and filing and I got lots of little paper cuts and staple injuries but I am so glad it's done. Filing is one of my most hated tasks (but it's part of my job) so doing it for a few days straight totally took a lot out of me.

Last night we ended up grabbing subway for dinner and then we had an appointment. After that we ended up stopping to say hi to our friends Ian and Frances. We were honestly just going to say hi for a minute but ended up being one of those awful people that just show up unannounced and stayed for at least an hour and a half. We laughed so hard that my cheeks hurt and it was really good to catch up with them.

Today I took the afternoon off work and got all of my grocery shopping done and got caught up on a few TV shows from this week before heading to the track for my session.

Yesterdays food log -

Breakfast:
2 servings of oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar and syrup

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
two wraps packed with veggies

Snack:
Yogurt cup
Plum

1 hr session with my trainer

Dinner:
6 inch cold cut trio sub from subway with lite mayo *this was my "treat"
Coke 0
Small handful of Sean's Doritos

Today's food log -

Breakfast:
4 small pancakes with a small amount of peanut butter and jam
1 c. milk

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Meat on a bun with some lite mayo, cheese, and mustard

Treat:
Med ice cap with chocolate milk

1 hour session with my trainer

Dinner:
For dinner tonight is quesedillas, however it's already 7:30 and I am not really hungry (I ate lunch at 3) and am really quite tired. I may or may not have something to eat before bed - I will update you tomorrow.

Anyways the weekend weather is going to be AMAZING! Are you going to take advantage of it?!

Well...off to the shower...I don't smell so good!
