I started my weight loss journey at 19 years old weighing 274 pounds, wearing a Size 22-24. I lost 115 pounds over two years, and was wearing a size 8! I got married, let my determination fall and I slowly gained 50 pounds of that back. Then I got pregnant and added another 55 pounds onto what I had lost. I am down 35 pounds so far and 70 pounds away from my goal. Join me on this life long journey!

Today's food log

Breakfast:
1 serving oatmeal with blueberries, 1 tbsp brown sugar, small dash of milk
1 orange
1/2 c. milk

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
2 wraps filled with veggies and feta cheese
plum

Snack:
Plum
Yogurt
small apple
Diet pepsi

Dinner:
Quesdilla with no meat but lots of veggies and fat free cheese - I was planning on eating Greek pitas (one of my fav meals, but the pitas had mold on them, so we opted for the quesdillas instead).

Snack:
Popcorn

So I ate a bit more fruit than normal but I was really hungry on my way home from work so I had that extra apple.

I really felt crummy today, still like I ate too much sugar, but I am guessing it will take a few days for the crap to get out of my body. I made a good food plan for the next two weeks which I will try to share with you over the next few days.
